GODSPACT is a specific acronym for the name of our organization which is the
GENERAL ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SECURING AND PRESERVING
AMERICA'S CHRISTIAN TRADITIONS. Period. Not subject to debate.

The name of this organization was specifically selected with that Domain name
in mind for uses which include web sites, blogs, vlogs, newsletters, and so forth,
and the GODSPACT.COM name was registered for use on September 11, 2004.

The GODSPACT name and usage therefore is specific to the identification of this
organization and usage of the name by any other party according to our legal
counsel would be a direct and unauthorized infringement on our corporate and
Internet identity including registered trademarks and service marks.

The GODSPACT.COM domain name was retired from service on September 11,
2011 when it was set to expire and replaced with GODSPACT.ORG in order to
better reflect the fact that we are an advocacy organization, and not a company.

Even though the Domain name was retired, our webmaster web site does have a
note in their legal statement which makes direct claim to the name, along with
several others, in perpetuity, even if it is not re-registered for use, as it specific
to our organization.

It has recently come to our attention that the GODSPACT.COM name was
purchased after it was allowed to drop from the zone registry by a third party
and it has offered up for sale. This third party company believes that they can
fetch a fairly hefty price for it, however if you are interested in purchasing the
GODSPACT.COM TLD name, you should seriously consider your decision
or choice very CAREFULLY.

It may not be a worthwhile purchase since the GODSPACT name and components
are a trademark or service mark which we have direct ownership of, usage of that
name by any entity which is not under our corporate umbrella would constitute a
serious violation of law in the United States of America.

Additionally, most other use to access Internet options such as blogs, vlogs, etc...
will not be available for your use, so theoretically the GODSPACT name will be of
extremely limited, or no value to you or your organization.

According to ICANN rules, and based on the fact that we allowed the name to
be dropped from the zone registry, this third party is well within their legal rights
to purchase the name at auction, and therefore we will not dispute the physical
or legal ownership of the Domain name at this point in time. We will also not
challenge any sale of the GODSPACT.COM TLD to a forth party, however the
purchaser (as the forth party) of the GODSPACT.COM name may face
legal challenges if it is used as a method of identification by the end user.

        GODSPACT and GODSPACT USA on AOL
        GODSPACT specific email accounts
        and parts of the INTERNETCRUSADER.ORG entities.

Again, any usage of GODSPACT by any "unauthorized" party or entity not
directly affiliated with us will be asked to cease and desist any usage of that

name in order to preserve our ownership and claims to trademarks or service
marks associated with the name.

If you wish to consider purchasing the GODSPACT brand, including logos,
feel free to present a serious offer. The GODSPACT brand, if purchased, shall
not include THE INTERNET CRUSADER brand or components.
