opinion statement
OPINIONS STATEMENT
We at GODSPACT believe that it is vitally important to our mission to be truthful and up front about whom we are and what we believe. We do not claim to be one thing, but do something different, as some people or groups do.
Our opinions and views that are shared here on our web site and on our BLOG (Web Log) are just that -- our opinions and our views. They are not official Government views. They are not official Christian (defined as church) views. They are OUR views. We were meant to opine, and you were meant to surf the web. When you visit us, you will see a variety of things - some serious, some fun, some sharing, and so on, as long as we think that what is offered provides insight and enlightenment.
We share articles and opinions that we have, plus things received from family and friends floating around the Internet and things we feel are of interest or concern to us and our cause.
We promise to do our best to research things that we receive for accuracy; however we will not assume that everything we post is true or accurate. If something is found out later not to be correct, we will make the necessary corrections which is really our only responsibility. The only things on our web site(s) that we claim ownership to are things that we post which we create ourselves. We do not claim ownership of anything not directly created by us.
It is our view that the mainstream Christian Community in the United States is lukewarm in the political arena, and we feel compelled to educate them to the fact that we are not "second class" citizens and should be a force to be reckoned with.
How many Americans do you think know that public education was established in order to ensure that children were able to read the Bible? Not many, yet we allowed the godless to take control of our public education and they are now kicking God out of school.
Mario Romualdo, Jr., our founder, Chief Executive and author of many of the articles and opinions presented is an ordained Minister and holds the title of "Reverend."
It is his personal opinion that if characters like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Barry Lynn, et al. can be called "Reverend" well, so can he. Rev. Romualdo has been involved in Christian service since 1975 and was ordained by the Universal Life
Church on September 8, 2000.
We expect controversy but will remain firm with our convictions. It has always amazed us that people who profess no belief in God are so fearful of Him and feel compelled to attack believers, especially if they are Christians.
What can one say? Someday, we will all stand before the judgment seat of God, and I can say with assurance that I know where I will be going. I wonder what they will say. Can they honestly believe that they will stand there and argue with God insisting that He doesn't exist?
